You'll find Tangled Creek in the Lower Geyser Basin. What a strange name? Well, not really.
It was named by the United States Geological Survey in 1885 because of its unique chaotic path. The creek is a network of separate channels which cross and recross and interlace with each other in the most unusual way. Tangled Creek looks like a ribbon, weaving in, around and through the trees.
It's beautiful all year around, but it really shines in the colder, winter months. A magical, hot water stream that flows and twists amid the snow covered trees. Let's go explore! =]:)
